The Mobile Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the grand opening of Sam Winter & Co. Real Estate’s new office at 2657 Old Shell Road in the heart of Midtown.

Originally constructed between 1950 and 1951 as a Phillips 66 service station, the building most recently housed Rainwater Radiator from 1996 to 2024. After extensive renovations, the property has been reimagined into a modern real estate office that honors its past while meeting the needs of today’s clients.
